Day 1
Welcome to Ashgabat
Arrive at Ashgabat International Airport, where your driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Check in, unwind, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2
Ashgabat City Highlights
After breakfast, begin your exploration of Ashgabat at the Ertogrul Gazi Mosque, dedicated to the father of Osman I. Continue to Independence Park and the Arch of Neutrality, offering sweeping city views.
Visit the National Museum, home to Turkmenistan’s largest archaeological collection, then explore Nissa Historical Park, an ancient Parthian fortress dating back to the 3rd century BC.
End the day with a visit to the stunning Turkmenbashi Spiritual Mosque and Mausoleum in Kipchak.

Day 3
Ancient Merv Expedition
Enjoy an early breakfast before taking your morning flight to Mary. Explore Ancient Merv, once one of the Silk Road’s greatest cities and a former Seljuk capital, featuring remnants from multiple ancient civilizations.
Visit the History Museum of Mary, followed by Gonur Depe, a Bronze Age archaeological site believed to be a potential “fifth cradle of civilization.” Return to Mary for your evening flight back to Ashgabat.

Day 4
Ashgabat → Darwaza Gas Crater → Ashgabat
Start your day with visits to the Anau Mosque ruins, then stop by an Ahalteke horse farm to see the world-famous Akhal-Teke horses. Continue to the Carpet Museum, showcasing centuries of craftsmanship.
Travel into the Karakum Desert with a stop at Erbent desert community, then continue to the fiery Darwaza Gas Crater — a spectacular sight at sunset. Enjoy a BBQ dinner near the crater before returning to Ashgabat.

Day 5
Kunya Urgench Heritage Tour
Fly to Dashoguz in the morning and explore Kunya Urgench, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former capital of the Khorezm Empire. Discover ancient mausoleums, the city walls, the region’s tallest minaret, and the sacred Kyrk Molla Hill. Fly back to Ashgabat in the evening.
