Upon arrival at Juanda International Airport, meet your guide and begin your cultural journey through Surabaya. Visit the Heroes Monument and Museum 10 November to commemorate those who passed during the “Battle of Surabaya,” then explore the historic Sunan Ampel Mosque and vibrant Arab Quarter who first spread the Islam religioun all over Java. Admire the majestic Sanggar Agung Temple known for the Golden Four Faces Buddhist Statue and explore the decommissioned Russian submarine at Monkasel. Before leaving the city, make a quick stop at the uniquely designed Cheng Ho Mosque. Afterward, enjoy a scenic private transfer to Mount Bromo (approx. 3.5 hours), with dinner at a local restaurant along the way. Check in and rest at your hotel.

Bromo Sunrise

Rise at 3 AM to embark on the highlight of your tour; watching the glorious sunrise of Mount Bromo and its surrounding vista. Hop aboard a 4WD jeep or local transport for your ascent to Mount Penanjakan, perched 2,750 meters above sea level. As the first light breaks over the horizon, take in the awe-inspiring view — a fiery sunrise unfolding above the vast Tengger caldera, with astonishing view of Mount Bromo. Afterwards, descend into the surreal landscape of the Sea of Sand, where your journey continues either by foot or on horseback (optional) with a thrilling 1.5-kilometer trek across the volcanic plain — a windswept desert leading straight to the foot of Bromo’s smoldering crater. After breakfast and check-out, head to the cool highlands of Batu. Explore the fun and interactive Transport Museum, step into movie magic at the studio zone, and browse local finds at the Batu Floating Market. Continue to Santerra de Laponte, a beautifully landscaped floral attraction featuring vibrant blooms and charming European-inspired architecture — perfect for leisurely walks and photos. After lunch at a local restaurant, head to Sidoarjo, a town known for its craftsmanship and local flavors.
