Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, enjoy a relaxed layover with some free time. You may opt to grab a bowl of authentic pho at a local eatery, unwind with a traditional Vietnamese foot massage, or simply relax at a nearby café. Later, board your domestic flight to Buon Ma Thuot in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Upon arrival at Buon Ma Thuot Airport, you will be met by your driver for a private transfer to your hotel for check-in and rest.

The Coffee Capital Experience

After breakfast at the hotel, begin your day with a visit to the World Coffee Museum—an interactive space that highlights Vietnam’s deep-rooted coffee culture and history. For lunch, head to Arul House, an ethnic Ê Đê-style stilt house serving traditional highland cuisine in a cultural setting. In the afternoon, explore Trung Nguyen Coffee Village, a beautifully designed complex featuring traditional wooden architecture, coffee gardens, and tastings of locally roasted brews. In the evening, consider dining at Bo Ke Restaurant, a local favorite known for its authentic Central Highlands dishes served riverside. If time permits, take a leisurely stroll through Buon Ma Thuot City Park to cap off your day.

Continue your afternoon with a peaceful visit to Troh Bu Botanical Garden, home to indigenous flora, shaded trails, and creative bamboo structures. End the day by soaking in the lakeside views of Ea Kao Lake. For dinner, you may opt to dine at Gio Garden, a serene restaurant with a garden atmosphere and classic Vietnamese fare.

This is also a good opportunity to shop for souvenirs or locally made handicrafts by ethnic minority groups.
